Owner / Operator
Kaylyn is the owner/operator of Wag Awhile Doggie Daycare and has been a Registered Veterinary Technician for over 20 years. Kaylyn has two children and two charming fur babies named Dexter and Sandy.
Although Kaylyn has predominantly worked in and managed a Veterinary Hospital, her passion has always been to do something for the fun loving canines. She decided to open up a cage free doggie daycare while providing boarding, grooming, training and a senior/wellness centre. Senior dogs are something close to Kaylyn’s heart. Cari was her inspiration for the senior/wellness area and as such, the room is suitably named “Cari’s Comfort Care” in her honour.
Her goal at Wag Awhile Doggie Daycare is to ensure that all dogs that enter the facility have the utmost personal attention and love from experienced staff while they have fun playing and socializing with other dogs in a safe and clean environment.
