At Wag Awhile, we have a large 650 square foot fenced-in area where the dogs can enjoy playtime or just to get a little bit of fresh air. This is available to all dogs, whether they are in for daycare, boarding, grooming or training. There are some dogs who are trained to only eliminate outdoors and having a large space for that encourages those dogs not to break good habits.

Though this does happen at Wag Awhile, we also understand how important it is for senior dogs to get exercise as well. Exercise has been shown to improve brain (cognitive) function in older people. It makes sense that the same holds true for our four-legged friends. Our senior centre was designed to help senior pets partake in the daycare and boarding experience.
